Nikki works with youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood swings, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal challenges, and self-esteem concerns. She also supports individuals experiencing stress and burnout, life transitions, grief and loss, and chronic illness or pain. Nikki is especially passionate about supporting BPD, cPTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, and chronic illness/pain.
She takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing from client-centered, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS-informed, psychodynamic, polyvagal, and attachment-based frameworks. Her style is gentle, validating, collaborative, and relational. Nikki welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and identities in her practice.
